Northern Rock case comments form
In many Individual Voluntary Arrangements, IVAs, Northern Rock is the principle creditor and as such they control whether the proposal is to be accepted or rejected. Worryingly, over the past 18 months, Northern Rock has refused virtually 100 percent of all IVA proposals submitted to them from debtors, often without any justification. I am trying to get the Government to change the bank’s policy now that it has come under state ownership and to start helping over stretched debtors resolve their debt problems.
To understand more about what I am trying to achieve then please see a copy of the letter to the Prime Minister.
