Mike goes through the merits of bankruptcy against IVAs as well as debt management plans. One caller got quite passionate and felt that it was wrong for individuals not to repay their debts, an interesting view. Mike felt it was a really good show especially as it was the first time with Ian Danter.

We open the show with the debtwizard threatening to cast a spell on Jon Gaunt, Mike explains why and what the spell is.

Mike explains more on debt management companies, IVAs, the procedure on how to petition your own bankruptcy as well discussing house repossession debt. There is also a caller that has just finished his IVA with debts of around 100k and needed to amend his credit file, another caller has an IVA with debts of 80k and was worried about missing a payment, Mike explained what needed to be done. Star of the show is at the end when Colin called in, he was very emotional and worried about his 20k debts, but there was an answer, Mike explains what to do as well as an update on the OFT test case in the High Court.
