37.06 (Call 8 Owen) said he received a letter from his credit card company confirming that if he continues making the minimum payment of £96 it will take him 28 years and one month to clear his credit card debt of £2,609!

40.10 (Call 9 Paul) said that when he was 18 he was irresponsible with credit cards and now at 23 he has lost control of the situation and is fearful of the post.
