Clive opens the show asking Mike to explain the type of debt enquiries he receives and he mentions a couple that had £500,000 on credit cards between them. Mike then explains how long it takes to pay off the average £2,400 credit card debt when just making minimum payments, it's unbelievable! Clive then asks Mike to respond to listener's texts from previous shows which were quite critical about people getting into debt citing it was their own fault and all he was doing is helping them not pay their debts. Interesting!

11.59 Call 2 Tom hadn't paid paid his £3,000 credit card debt for around six years and wanted to know if was now too old to be legally enforced through the courts.
16.11 Call 3 Omar was looking for information on how to help his brother who has MS and who had recently received a debt collector letter chasing a £5,000 credit card debt.
2105 Call 4 Maboshir said he has been in a debt management plan for six years but one of his creditors had not stopped charging interest and wanted to know his options.
27.22 Call 5 Mark was in a debt management plan with debts of £10,700 and wanted to know if he could contact creditors himself to make offer settlements.
32.54 Call 6 Eric was looking for information about enforcement agents (bailiffs) who have traced his new girlfriend to his home address.
36.33 Call 7 Gary has £22,000 of unsecured debts and has been told he is eligible for bankruptcy but could not afford the bankruptcy£680 fee, but Mike found a way to get this from his employer.
40.28 Call 8 Karen was looking for information on making reduced payments to her creditors as well as protecting her credit file.
44.30 Call 9 Richard wanted to know what he could do about bailiffs who took his work vehicle without notice over an unpaid parking ticket and when he got it back it was damaged.
