Mike opens the show with Clive talking about what type of debt problems he can deal with and goes through once very recent case whereby someone settled £38,000 of unsecured debt with a lump sum of £4,500. Next Mike discusses the findings of a new major study which reveals renters, young people and those with large families are most vulnerable to problem debt. Clive then asks Mike what to do if bills are piling up. Just before they take the first call Mike suggests a re-branding of the credit card and gives it a new name.
